2.2 Customers must follow on-machine / screen instructions to complete transactions.
2.3 The Scentmatic Vendor is not responsible for any misuse of the machines, including excessive use or unintended consumption.
2.4 Users must be of legal age to purchase and use the vending machines where applicable.
2.5 Products vended may contain traces of alcohol.

3. Payments & Transactions

3.1 Our vending machines accept contactless card payments and coins.
3.2 All payments are final and non-refundable unless a fault occurs with the machine.
3.3 If a transaction fails and funds are deducted without dispensing a product, customers should report the issue via our contact details on the machine.
3.4 The Scentmatic Vendor is not liable for bank fees, currency exchange fees, or delays in payment processing.

4. Product Availability & Changes

5. Refunds & Faults

5.1 Refunds will only be considered in cases where a customer is charged but does not receive their selected fragrance.

5.3 Refunds will not be issued for user error, change of mind, or dissatisfaction with the selected fragrance.

6. Liability & Disclaimers

6.1 The Scentmatic Vendor is not responsible for allergic reactions or sensitivities to any fragrances dispensed. Customers should check fragrance ingredients before use.
6.2 We are not liable for damage, theft, or misuse of our vending machines once installed in a venue.
6.3 The Scentmatic Vendor does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service and is not liable for technical issues beyond our control.

7. Venue Responsibilities

7.1 Venues hosting The Scentmatic Vendor machines are responsible for ensuring proper maintenance, security, and accessibility of the machines.
7.2 The venue is responsible for reporting any technical faults or any damage that may arise to ensure prompt resolution.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

8.1 Customer transaction data is processed securely and is not stored or shared beyond what is necessary to complete a payment.
8.2 Our vending machines do not collect personal data beyond payment processing requirements.

9. Governing Law

9.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
9.2 Any disputes shall be handled in the relevant courts of the United Kingdom.
